The Canon Law and Civil Law Office CC IUSTITA attorney at law (legal counsellor) Adam Wandel
We are very pleased that you have found the website of our law firm. If you are troubled by legal issues concerning canon law and the issue of dissolution of a church marriage known as the procedure for declaring a church marriage invalid (colloquially incorrectly called by the media: church divorce) or other areas of civil or commercial law, we encourage you to contact us or to browse the blog that we run - perhaps you will find answers to your doubts and questions there.
We also encourage you to take a look at our offer in order to benefit from our services. I believe that our openness and flexibility will meet your interest and appreciation, and at the same time we will be able to help you.
A case for the annulment of a marriage (commonly referred to incorrectly as an "annulment" concluded according to the provisions of canon law is conducted by an ecclesiastical court, i.e. the so-called media-distributed ecclesiastical divorce (although there is no question of any divorce, as I write about in the BLOG tab). You can appear on your own during the process without a solicitor, but it is worth considering using a lawyer to prevent you from acting to your own detriment.
An ecclesiastical advocate must have specific training in canon law and be appointed to act as an advocate in court proceedings by a diocesan bishop (the so-called approval) - without such a power of attorney and approval from the appropriate authorities, he cannot properly represent us in proceedings. The attorneys employed and cooperating in the Warsaw, Włocławek and Poznań offices of the CC IUSTITA Law Office are duly appointed and can represent clients in specific canonical cases, including matrimonial trials.
The law firm can represent the interests of both the plaintiff and the defendant. Our role is to examine the case, assess the legitimacy of initiating proceedings for the annulment of a marriage, gather the relevant court documentation, and prepare the client for the trial. In the course of the divorce case, we supervise the entire proceedings and provide the necessary substantive support. If necessary, our attorneys are also able to travel to the client or answer questions by telephone, email or video conference.
Depending on the offer, our attorneys will also help you in other areas of law (such as civil law, contract law, family law, commercial law, in the area of civil divorce and commercial law) by providing legal advice, preparing appropriate pleadings, representing you in court or providing comprehensive legal services for your company.
Trust in the reputation, professionalism and experience of the attorneys working in our Warsaw office and its branches, as well as in the tradition, appreciated by many people, of providing legal assistance by our Office.
"Ad quas res aptissimi erimus, in iis potissimum elaborabimus - We will accomplish most in that for which we are most capable".
