In the ‘Legal Umbrella’ Security Package, it is the entrepreneur who chooses what specific legal services he or she needs: if he or she needs a large amount of legal advice, he or she will receive such a service, or if analyses and draft agreements are important for his or her business, he or she may also choose such a range of services, or maybe he or she would like to combine several different services.

The idea behind the creation of the Security Package is that the entrepreneur can choose any set of services in the scope and quantity he or she requires.

At the same time, the choice of services is left to the sole discretion and voluntariness of the entrepreneur in order to maximise customisation and individualisation.

The Security Package does not involve any fixed or periodic fee – the fee is a one-off at the time of concluding the package agreement and is invariable throughout its duration.

The validity of the package is a period of 1.5 years – during this period, the entrepreneur decides himself when and to what extent he wants to use one or several or even all the legal services included in the package, while the Law Firm undertakes to provide immediate assistance and take action.
